Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to one-time licence purchases and to the first payment of an instalment plan.

How to request a refund

Refunds are issued by CrewHQ and processed through Stripe, our payment processor. To request a refund, email us at lucas@thecrewhq.ca with your order details and we will help you through it.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.

Recurring plans

You can cancel an instalment or subscription plan at any time from the billing portal in your CrewHQ settings. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
